Spring Fundraising Drive

Someone once told me that in politics whenever you start getting comfortable asking people for money it’s time to get out. That’s absolutely true.

I have debated for the last month if I wanted to write a post soliciting donations. Whenever I wrote a draft it invariably seemed awkward and uncomfortable (which tells me I’m not comfortable asking for money).

I know times are difficult for almost everyone, but if you enjoy the content that we have provided for two years now, we would be greatly appreciative if you made a donation of any amount–$5, $10, $25, or whatever you can afford.

This blog isn’t free. We have site hosting fees due every month. We have chosen to limit the advertising space in order for the site to flow better. A lot of time goes in to maintaining the site and providing the unvarnished conservative commentary you’ve come to enjoy.

We are in the process of trying to raise enough money to finance the creation of a logo and a custom-designed layout for The Conservative Beacon. This will allow us to provide more content, more interviews, and eventually podcasting, plus much more. There are many things that can be done online to help advance the conservative movement but we must be able to match the liberals in funding or else our voices on the internet will be muffled.

So we ask you, if you enjoy the site and would like to see it grow, to please consider donating whatever amount you can afford. No donation is too small or big. You can donate via PayPal. It’s safe and relatively convenient.

Finally, we would like to thank each and everyone of you for support!
