Ft. Hood Terrorist Tried to Contact Al-Qaeda
Anyone out there still believe the Ft. Hood massacre wasn’t an act of terror committed by an Islamo-fascist? Then please read the following:
U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News.
Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan tried to make contact with people linked to al Qaeda.
It is not known whether the intelligence agencies informed the Army that one of its officers was seeking to connect with suspected al Qaeda figures, the officials said.
But there is more. Hasan also had contact with a radical Islamist at a mosque in Virginia. According to the Telegraph in London, the imam, Anwar al Awlaki, had contact with two 9/11 hijackers.
Unsurprisingly, however, there are still those out there attempting to explain away Hasan’s behavior as anything other than an act of terrorism. There’s actually one whackjob who wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post today suggesting Hasan, as result of his being a psychiatrist treating returning soldiers for psychological illnesses, might have contracted Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Mind you, Hasan hadn’t yet served one hour on a battlefield.
So how did the whackjob at the Washington Post reconcile that? According to her, one need not actually experience trauma firsthand in order to suffer from PTSD; PTSD, she asserts, is contagious. (I wish I could insert a cuckoo clock sound effect here.)
Yeah. Read it. I’m not making this up.
Just another example of liberals doing everything to try to convince us they we aren’t under attack from Islamo-fascists.

With all the information now coming out against this guy, the lefts claims seem more and more ridiculous. Let them continue to try to spin it. It will drive more to our side.
