Majority of Americans say President Obama doesn’t deserve a second term, but the reality is that he wasn’t qualified for a first term.

New York Times blames Republicans and their partisanship for looming debt crisis, but assigns no blame to President Obama. Yes, President Bush and Republicans are partly to blame for the debt but so is President Obama: $800 bn. stimulus ring a bell? How about $1.6 bn. budget deficit? I’d say those contributed to the debt crisis.

Foreign demand for U.S. Treasuries declines at record pace. Timothy Geithner was wrong: Foreign countries won’t always flock to U.S. Securities in times of global economic troubles. But less foreign ownership of our debt is not entirely bad; it’s good for U.S. sovereignty.

Lt. Col. Ralph Peters discusses the politically correct Afghan strategy and the suicidal Rules of Engagement our military and civilian leaders have sent our servicemen and women into battle with.

He’s in agreement with me that Taliban so-called “reconciliation” is nothing more than bribery. He also describes our counterinsurgency strategy as “touch-feely.” He’s spot on.

President Obama’s counterterrorism czar believes that a 20% terrorist recidivism rate is “acceptable.” He compares terrorists to criminals (I know, it’s shocking an Obama administration official would do such a thing!). We shouldn’t be satisfied with a 20% recidivism rate. We should strive for 0%.

What have President Obama and Rahm Emanuel learned from Scott Brown’s election victory? They need to circumvent Congress and ignore the will of the People by forcing Obama’s socialist agenda down our throats through executive orders.

Have we learned nothing from Bin Laden’s escape at Tora Bora? Taliban fighters are fleeing to Pakistan in the wake of a major U.S. military and Afghan army offensive. Why aren’t we sealing the Afghan border with Pakistan?
